After 12 years in business, I’ve decided Emaleedee will not be booking for 2026.
I’m so incredibly grateful for everyone who allowed me to photograph their weddings over the years. I’m especially grateful for the families who allowed me to photograph their memories year after year as their kids grew up. It was an absolute honor to witness the things I’ve been able to witness and to share those images with all of you.
I’ve seen couples on their happiest days as they commit to love one another forever. I’ve seen exhausted parents in the newborn days with their first born. I’ve seen proud parents hiding tears at senior sessions. And I’ve seen the pain behind the smiles of families where members are missing.
Before every session I would pray, “Lord, help me to see them the way you see them and to capture them in the way they want to be captured.” I hope I was able to do that for you. You’ve all done so much for me. 
I don’t know if this is the end or just a break. But if I do return, it will certainly be with a new business name that is easier to spell!
